When it is hot outside, please encourage your children to drink plenty of water and bring a water bottle to school. The teachers allow water bottles in the classroom. Many children think that drinking from the water fountain is sufficient. However, they can not properly monitor the amount of water they are drinking. Remaining hydrated is one of the easiest ways to prevent heat related symptoms (such as stomachaches, headaches, muscle cramping, etc.) during the hot Arizona months.
